Our client recently settled her case for $100,000 after multiple other lawyers turned down her case. The reason most lawyers turned down the case is she was going after her neighbor who owned two dogs, and those two dogs were not the one who bit her, but it was another neighbor’s dog that bit her. We successfully argued that the two dogs (that we argued had dangerous tendencies that the owner knew about) caused the bite by the other gentile dog after the rushed to attack our client who had to get out of the way and jump a fence where she was bit by the dog who was set off by the two other dogs. It was a difficult case, but the client was very thankful we took it on for her and got her the best result possible under the circumstances.
