Experience & Background
Tonia Chambers embarked on her professional journey in banking as a bank officer shortly after college. It was in this role that she developed an interest in regulatory requirements and compliance, which ultimately led her to explore opportunities in the legal field.
Eager to apply her education, talents, and experience in a legal department or law firm setting, Tonia explored various roles from IT, auditing, management, training to compliance before discovering her true passion as a paralegal. Supporting attorneys across multiple practice areas, she quickly realized the impact she could have in providing essential case support and client assistance. More specifically, the plaintiff’s side of personal injury. Her commitment to professional growth led her to pursue additional certifications, including a paralegal certificate, further solidifying her expertise.
Today, as the Paralegal Administrator for Foster Wallace, Tonia leverages her extensive experience of over twenty years to provide strategic case support, manage teams, and implement technology driven solutions to enhance efficiency. Her core mission remains the same, supporting attorneys committed to advocating for others.
